Julia Berkeley Heck, "Electric Peonies", 2016. Acrylic on wood panel, 20 in. x 20 in. $400

Five artists bring a welcome burst of color in the middle of winter, using imagery derived from the natural world, some delicate, others bold, some realistic, others abstract. ART in BLOOM features the work of Jackie Battenfield, Julia Berkeley Heck, Annette Davideck, Jeanne Reiner and Bill Scott. The exhibit includes a weekly flower arrangement created by one of seven local garden clubs, inspired by the artwork. Curators: Claire Furlin + Joann Terracciano
