Not By The Book

This exhibition highlights four artists whose work celebrates the beauty and materiality of books. It also heralds the reopening of the Flinn Gallery after the pandemic and library renovation and joyously welcomes the return of three-dimensional artworks to the space. With the art of Shiela Hale, Chris Perry, Andrew Sovjani, and Erin Walrath, this show invites visitors to look at books in new ways, offering the opportunity to experience books – and their component parts – with visual delight.
